KARL E. STARKO, 70, of Weirton, WV, passed Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Valley Hospice Care Center South. He was born August 18, 1955 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Karl W. Starko and Ann Marie Kollic Starko. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Chester W. Starko. Karl was a graduate of Madonna High School, Class of 1974. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church. He worked as a mechanic in the Tin Mill of Weirton Steel Corporation. He is survived by his daughter, Courtney Starko; brother, Joseph Starko; and mother of his daughter, Jeanie Jo Wilfong. Visitation was held Thursday, December 11, 2025 until the time of the funeral service, at Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home, Weirton. Interment followed at St. Paul Cemetery.
