THOMAS “TOM” RAY TARR, 74, of Wellsburg, WV passed away December 10, 2025, at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV. He was born September 28, 1951, in Wheeling, WV to the late William V. and Vera C. Smith Tarr. Tom retired from Eagle Manufacturing as a machinist until 2013 with 42 years of service.
