SANDRA J. CASTO, of New Cumberland, WV passed peacefully on January 15, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital, surrounded by love and support. Born on April 27, 1953, in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of James G. and Alice J. Pihiou Angelo. Sandra was a proud graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, Class of 1971.
