DAVID RAY REVELS, 66, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at WVU Medicine, Weirton Medical Center. David was born on November 26, 1959 in Lumberton, NC. He was the son of the late Mary Lois (Revels) Byers and Ronald H. Byers. David was a graduate of Brooke High School and went on to work for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation in the By-Products Department, where he dedicated many years of hard work.…
