STOP on Red: Target Red High-Visibility Enforcement Mobilization

The West Virginia Governor’s Highway Safety Program (GHSP) is partnering with law enforcement officers across the state during the statewide high-visibility Target Red enforcement mobilization that runs April 1-15.
