Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June, 2026, at 8:45 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Donocan Charles Carpenter will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Donovan Charles Carpenter to Donovan Charles Taibi, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
