JUDY KAY RIDGWAY, 79, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Select Specialty Hospital in Weirton, WV. She was born on October 17, 1946, in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Dale and Doris (Tennant) Adams. Judy was protestant by faith and graduated from Follansbee High School Class of 1964. In her early years she was a beautician in the town of Colliers, WV. She did residential cleaning for service systems and also worked for Cleveland Trust Bank as a Clerk. She enjoyed donating her time to the Salvation Army giving back to the community. She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 56 years, Donnie Ridgway at home; two sons, Dale Ridgway of Colliers, WV and Jason “Vern” Ridgway of Follansbee, WV; and Jake Parr, who was like a grandson to her. Visitation was held Thursday, April 9, 2026 until the time of the funeral service, with Pastor Joy Leasure officiating, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. Interment was held privately on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Oak Grove Cemetery.
