DAWN MARIE RIGGS TIBBS, 53, of Wellsburg, WV passed away April 17, 2026, at home. She was born July 6, 1972, in Wheeling, WV to Kenneth Riggs (Shari Doerr) and Sheila Stewart (Greg Leaton). Dawn was preceded in death by her daughter Deanna Tibbs. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Ciara Tibbs (Aaron Schons) of Weirton, WV; her sister, Lynde Riggs (fiancé Brandon Holmes) of Shadyside, OH; three grandchildren, Brayden, Corey and Brooklynn Forrester, and a grandson on the way; a step granddaughter, Isabella Schons; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
