It’s time to create come Mallard Masterpieces! Stop in the library (Wellsburg or Follansbee) to pick up a rubber duck kit to take home and decorate while supplies last. Fully yours to keep!
Bring your decorated duck AND its lily pad back to the library for a staff member to take photos of and/or submit your photo via email [email protected] by June 5.
