Documentary Film Screening at the Library

Join us at the Brooke County Public Library as we host the screening of “The Wild One”, A Documentary on Tuesday, May 12, at 12 p.m., in the Vincent Room. Presented by Good Docs in honor of May being Jewish American Heritage Month.
The Documentary illuminates the journey of and unsung artist, Jack Garfein- holocaust survivor, celebrated Broadway directory, Actors Studio West co-founder and controversial filmmaker. The film delves into how his experience in the concentration camps shaped his vision of acting as a survival mechanism and propelled his engagement with themes of violence, power and racism in postwar America in two explosive films.
