West Virginia GHSP Announces, Click It or Ticket Enforcement to Combat Falling Seat Belt Use

The West Virginia Governor’s Highway Safety Program (GHSP) is partnering with the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for the 2026 national Click It or Ticket high-visibility enforcement campaign. This effort, which coincides with the busy Memorial Day travel period, will see state and local law enforcement increasing patrols to ensure every driver and passenger is buckled up correctly.
