AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Ironton Enterprises, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a NSR 45CSR13 permit to construct and operate a merchant pig iron facility located in the city of Follansbee, West Virginia 26037. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: N 40.33949, W -80.59995.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
PM – 19.26 tpy
PM10 – 6.31 tpy
PM2.5 – 0.29 tpy
CO – 50.82 tpy
SO2 – 29.82 tpy
NOx – 93.28 tpy
NH3 – 7.43 tpy

Startup of operation will be approximately 2 years from permit approval, currently anticipated to occur during Q3 2028. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for a minimum of 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
