TERRY LEE MINGER, 70, of Colliers, WV passed away peacefully at home on May 12, 2026, after a long battle of pancreatic cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents, Oran Mercer and Nancy Mercer Sweat, as well as her brother, Mike Mercer.
