GLORIA FAY KIGER, 96, of Hohenwald, TN, formerly of Colliers, WV died peacefully at her daughter’s home in Hohenwald, TN on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Born August 12, 1931, in Noblestown, PA a daughter of the late William Scott and Anastasia Rita (McMahon) Coulter. In addition to her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald E. Kiger; a son, Timothy William Kiger; two sisters, Joan Benish and Kay F. Serish; and two brothers, William Scott Coulter and Eugene Coulter. Gloria graduated from Burgettstown High School and worked for many years as an interior decorator with J.C. Penny Department Store. She was a member of Old St. John Episcopal Church in Colliers, WV. She is survived by two devoted children, Gloria McCord of Hohenwald, TN and Gerald Kiger of Nashville, TN; her granddaughter, Jesse McCord of Hohenwald, TN; two sisters, Margaret Lemon of Pittsburgh, PA and June Dino of Maryville, TN; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation was held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 until the time of funeral services, at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee, with Rev. Frank Haas officiating.
