Wayne Kokoskie

WAYNE KOKOSKIE, 67, of Weirton, WV, passed away at his residence in Overbrook Towers on June 9, 2026. Born on December 10, 1958, in Bulger, Pennsylvania, Wayne was the twin son of Elzie Fullum and Mary Kokoskie Fullum. He was later adopted and lovingly raised by William and Rose Abbott Russell.
