WV Department of Health Encourages Participation in Vital Statewide Health Survey

The West Virginia Department of Health’s (DH) Bureau for Public Health (BPH) is calling on residents to help shape the future of public health in the Mountain State by participating in the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) phone survey.
