Roberta DeFrancis

ROBERTA DEFRANCIS, 79, of Weirton, WV died June 16, 2026, in the Weirton Medical Center. She was born April 4, 1947, daughter of the late Armond and Wanda (Borkowski) DeFrancis. She was a graduate of Follansbee High School and West Liberty State College.
