WILLIAM STEPHEN “STEVE” RISKA, II, 70, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026. He was born August 30, 1955 in Wheeling, WV, to the late William “Bill” S. Riska and Jeanne S. Riska.
