KENNETH M. LEMASTERS, JR., 80, of Follansbee, WV passed away June 21, 2026, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. He was born March 20, 1946, to the late Kenneth M. and Virginia Colley Lemasters Sr., Kenny retired from the WVDOT, State Road, Brooke County.
