Cupcake Wars for Kids Ages 8 and Up at the Library

The Brooke County Library will be holding Cupcake Wars for kids ages 8 and up on Tuesday, July 21 at 11 a.m. Kid’s will work in teams to design and decorate cupcakes at our cupcake decorating competition.
