SHIRLEY ANN (FREY) COOL, 90, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026. Born December 8, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio to George and Anna (Linton) Frey. Shirley was next to the youngest in a family of 12, consisting of seven girls and five boys.
