COY EUGENE ROBBINS, JR., 63, of Weirton, WV, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026, at WVU Medicine Weirton Medical Center. He was born June 11, 1963, in Washington, DC, the son of Rosalie Davis Robbins of Prince Frederick, MD, and the late Coy Eugene Robbins, Sr. In addition to his father, Coy was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Robbins.
