Adopt-A-Highway Fall Cleanup Registrations Being Accepted

The West Virginia Dept. of Environmental Protection is accepting registrations for the Adopt-A-Highway Fall Statewide Cleanup set for Saturday, Sept. 26.
Individuals, groups and organizations can register to pick up trash on most state-maintained roads.
The program provides garbage bags, work gloves and safety vests to volunteers and disposes of the collected trash. Volunteers must be at least 12 years old to participate.
One-time cleanups are encouraged but must be registered.
