HAROLD J. ALLEY, 81, of Weirton, WV, passed away suddenly after a brief illness on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. Harold was born on April 10, 1945 in Hundred, WV. He was the son of the late Walter Ray Alley and Mary Olive Alley. Harold served his country proudly in the United States Navy as a BT2 (Boilerman Technician Second Class), receiving the National Defense Service Medal for his service.…
