THOMAS E. KENDRICK, 81, of Weirton, WV passed away at the Weirton Geriatric Center following a lengthy illness on Saturday, January 7, 2023. Tom was born in Steubenville OH on October 22, 1941, one of four sons born to John and Dorothy Rusen Kendrick.
