KATHY CHARLENE JOHN, 58, of Steubenville, OH died peacefully on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Valley Hospice Care North. Kathy was born on June 21, 1964, in Weirton, WV a daughter of the late Alton and Lois (Tennant) John; in addition to her parents Kathy is preceded in death by a son, Jason A. John on December 6, 2016. She graduated from Burgettstown High School and was a homemaker. Kathy was Christian by faith.…
