PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 28, 2023, at 9:30 o’clock a.m, the petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking to adjudicate that Z.M., L.M. and M.M, minor children are abused and/or neglected, and that BRANDI FIBER and PAUL MILOCICH, are abusing parents. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that health and welfare of the children are harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of BRANDI FIBER and PAUL MILOCICH to supply the children with necessary food, clothing, shelter, supervision, medical care or education, and that there is no reasonable likelihood that the conditions of abuse will be remedied in the near future.
It is ORDERED that an adjudicatory hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on March 28, 2023, at 9:30 o’clock a.m, and that BRANDI FIBER and PAUL MILOCICH appear to object or make other defenses to the relief requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of BRANDI FIBER and PAUL MILOCICH
