Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of March, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Delora Raeann Burdine will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Delora Raeann Burdine to Oliver Ray Calvin Burdine, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
