Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of May, 2023, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Brendan James Rahr will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Brendan James Rahr to Ravyn Artemis Rahr, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
