Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of June, 2023, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Stephanie Spataro Ferrell will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Stephanie Spataro Ferrell to Stephanie Spataro, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
