PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Wellsburg will be accepting applications for the appointed position of the Wellsburg Clerk of Council. Any interested person has until July 28, 2023 to sign up for the term. All applicants must be a registered voter of the city.
Duties of the Clerk include keeping records of all proceedings of council, keeping accurate records of the minutes and running of the city elections. The position also requires assistance with the Mayor and City Manager in the recording of meetings and getting the information to the media.
All interested persons need to apply at the Wellsburg City Hall, 70 Town Square, Wellsburg, WV 26070 no later than July 28, 2023.
