Film Screenings at the Library in Celebration of Native American Heritage Month

The Brooke County Public Library and the Follansbee Branch will be offering film screenings in celebration of Native American Heritage Month. We will be screening the films “First Encounter” & “Pearl Carter Scott: On Top of the World”.
