Join us at the Brooke County Public Library on Saturday, Nov. 4 and 18 and Dec. 2 from 12–1 p.m. for a beginners Japanese language class presented by Manami Kawazoe, Japanese Outreach Coordinator from West Liberty University. The classes are progressive and will include the alphabet and basic phrases.
