Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Sarah Michelle Myers will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Sarah Michelle Myers to Sarah Michelle Housley, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
