TIMOTHY JAMES SNODGRASS, 71, of Follansbee, WV, passed away at Brightwood Center on March 1, 2026, after a prolonged battle with a rare blood cancer. He was born in Steubenville, OH, on July 31, 1948. Tim, a son of Frank (Eddie) and Edith (Sally) Snodgrass, grew up in Weirton.
