SANDRA LUCILLE (SELLMAN) PERKINS, 79, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at WVU Weirton Medical Center with her family by her side. Born August 27, 1946, in Aberdeen, WA a daughter of late Ralph and Grace (Hart) Sellman. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Perkins, and her sister, Joyce Ann Silver. She graduated from Washington High School. She worked for many years as a nurse’s aide at Western State Hospital. In her spare time, she loved rooting on the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Sandy is survived by her son, Kenneth (Nancy) Sellman of Follansbee, WV; three granddaughters, Braunwyn McLain, Kylie Sellman, and Emily Sellman, along with two great-grandchildren, Camdyn and Gerald; one sister, Maryjane Sellman of Follansbee, WV; and many friends, neighbors, and her grand-dog Ivy Jo. A private funeral service was held at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. Interment was held in Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee. Condolences may be left at www.mullenbachfh.com.
