Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of September, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Kokou Salomon Klegbe will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Kokou Salomon Klegbe to Salomon Kokou Klegbe, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
