MARK EDWARD WAGNER, 71, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born October 1,1954 in Weirton, WV a son of the late Charles and Patricia (Monroe) Wagner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Donald Wagner.
