MARK KEITH “MOONSHINE” FINSLEY, 55, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at WVU Weirton Medical Center. Born September 17, 1970, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Robert Lee and Vera Edna (Davey) Finsley.
