This PROTECTIVE ORDER will remain in effect until September 16, 2026 at midnight.
A Final Hearing is scheduled for the 16th day of September, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Chernenko, Brooke County Family Court, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Third Floor, Wellsburg, WV 26070.
