AG’s Office Announces Medicaid Fraud Settlement

West Virginia Attorney General JB McCuskey, in partnership with the United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia, has announced a Medicaid fraud settlement totaling $325,000. The civil settlement is part of the Department of Justice’s 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown.
