LORRAINE ANN SOPLINSKI, 88, of Burgettstown, Pa, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at WVU Medicine–Weirton Medical Center. Born on February 6, 1938, Lorraine was the daughter of the late Charles and Jennie Budney Glazier.
