GHSP Warns About Dangers of Distracted Driving

The West Virginia Governor’s Highway Safety Program (GHSP) has partnered with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to share this important message: Put the Phone Away or Pay.
