Delisa “Deb” Brown Shaffer

DELISA “DEB” BROWN SHAFFER, 61, of Wellsburg, WV passed December 20, 2022, at Weirton Medical Center. Deb was born May 18, 1961, in Weirton, WV to the late Donald and Sandra Sue Scott Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vance Elwood “Van” Shaffer, and brother John Ross Brown. Deb is survived three children: Sunshine Shaffer of Wellsburg, WV, Dan Shaffer of Weirton, WV and Sean “Peep” Shaffer of Wellsburg; eight grandchildren: Brooke Murdock, Brandon, and Anthony Miller, Caydon Kinder, Raquel Taylor, Ezra and Mila Shaffer, and Ava Yeater; two great grandchildren: Carson and Maddox Armstrong; a brother, Donald Kemp Brown Sr.; and a sister, Donna Brown of Beech Bottom, WV.
