PHILLIP NELSON JOYNER, 70, of Weirton, WV died peacefully at his home on the evening of December 20, 2022. Phillip was born on April 7, 1952, in Plymouth, Michigan one of seven children born to James and Shirley Williams Joyner. On May 16, 1997, Phil married Marcy Bohon.
