Good Friday Service Set

Wellsburg Christian Church, located at 1001 Charles St., Wellsburg will host a Good Friday Service on Friday, April 7, at 12 p.m. Pastors from other area congregations will be welcomed by pastor Ron Davis and will deliver short messages on Jesus’ last words.

Quarter Auction

The Brooke County Fair will hold a quarter auction Sunday, April 16, at the Wellsburg Moose Lodge.Doors will open at 12:30 p.m., with the auction starting at 1:30 p.m.Admission is $5 and includes one bidding paddle.Tickets are available at Brooke Hills Park Clubhouse or may be purchased online at brookecountyfair.com.
